unexpected.

i unexpectedly (re)made a good friend. we reunited at the end of september. i got a lovely facebook message from him that helped mend my broken heart. every since then, we talked non-stop (basically). he left. our talking occurs via letters. he's helped me more than he'll ever know. i am so grateful for him and for the random (and very unexpected) reunion we had. i'm grateful for the spirit that he brings to my life. how easy it is to talk about the gospel and life in general with him. once again, i'm checking the mailbox like a mad woman. it's good for the soul, isn't it? he's set to return in june. six months. i can do this.
